Model-to-Print Guidelines

We’re excited to help bring your ideas to life with 3D printing! To make sure the process is smooth and safe for everyone, please follow these guidelines when submitting your custom models.

✅ Supported File Formats

We currently accept the following file types for custom printing:

  • .stl
  • .3mf
  • .fbx

❌ Restrictions

We will not print any models that include or promote:

  • Inappropriate/obscene content (e.g., pornography, adult toys, or explicit imagery)
  • Hate speech or discrimination (e.g., racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive designs)
  • Weapons or weapon components (e.g., firearms, blades, explosives, or replicas that could be mistaken for real weapons)
  • Illegal or copyrighted material (e.g., pirated figures, brand logos, or character models without proper rights)
  • Dangerous objects that could cause harm, injury, or violate safety regulations

⚖️ Legal & Ownership

  • You must own the rights to the design or have permission from the creator before submitting it.
  • By uploading, you confirm that the file does not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws.
  • We reserve the right to reject any model submission at our discretion.
  • Currently we only support prints up to four

🖨 Printability & Quality

  • Not all models are optimized for 3D printing. If your file cannot be printed as-is, we’ll contact you to discuss adjustments.
  • Additional fees may apply if major modifications are required.
  • Print quality depends on the resolution, orientation, and material used—results may differ from digital previews.
  • We currently only support prints up to 4 colours per plate.

💰 Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on material, print time, and size of the model.
  • You’ll receive a quote before we start printing.
  • Full payment is required before production begins.

📦 Delivery & Refunds

  • Once printing has started, refunds cannot be offered.
  • If a print fails due to machine error, we will reprint at no cost.
  • We are not responsible for design flaws or structural weaknesses in user-submitted models.
