Ordering & Shipping
How long does delivery take?

We ship across New Zealand within 3–7 business days. International shipping is available on request — contact us for a quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we primarily ship within New Zealand. Contact us at [email protected] to enquire about international orders.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships we'll send a tracking number by email. You can also use our Order Tracking page to look up your order anytime.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe, as well as PayPal and Google/Apple Pay where available.

What is the SnikDeck?

The SnikDeck is our flagship handheld gaming console running open-source firmware. It features a bright IPS display, custom PCB, and long battery life designed for retro and indie gaming.

Can I customise my order?

Yes! On the product page you can choose RAM, storage, colour, and other options. If you need something specific not listed, contact us.

What warranty do products come with?

All Sniksah Technologies products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects. See our Terms page for full details.

Are the PCBs compatible with standard components?

Yes — our PCBs are designed to standard footprints and are compatible with off-the-shelf components. Full schematics are available for registered customers.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in original condition. Contact [email protected] to start a return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Take photos immediately and email [email protected] within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Account & Orders
Do I need an account to order?

No — you can check out as a guest. However creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view your order history.

How do I cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We can cancel orders that haven't shipped yet.
